To me, Supporting Principles 3 and 4 are fundamental in several ways. First, most of the principles are directly connected to ensuring and measuring performance improvement for the target population and alignment with organizational goals. Second, focusing on actual performance filters the clutter of supporting content and targets the context and circumstances in which the performance is measured. Focus is essential in Serious e-Learning.

Bill Sawyer	In social dynamicsm critical mass is when a sufficient number of adopters of an innovation create a self-sustaining rate of adoption and growth. This is an important idea that not only deserves to grow, but needs to grow, and I will gladly add my name to the manifesto in the hopes of being part of creating that critical mass.

James Hill Fidelity Investments	To often we reach for the stock solutions for learning, training and practice. The needs being driven by the business without much thought going into the needs of the learner. It doesn’t matter if you can create an hour of content in 2 days or 8 hours of content in 1 day, if the material is ineffective, you’re wasting your time and the learners time. I support these key principles in the Manifesto, in the hope that we can create an engaging and effective learning experience across all delivery mechanisms.
