Azma Abd Hamid Content Capital	I seriously agree to this manifesto. e-Learning has a lot of potential to reduce the education gap however due to flaws in some implementations, it has been seen as a failure.

Yet some of us have been embracing digital instruction. Realizing we should make the most efficacious use of this precious time spent teaching and learning, I endorse the Serious eLearning Manifesto and hope to learn a lot along the way.

Organizations that desire to raise the bar on employee performance should take heed! I will.

To me, Supporting Principles 3 and 4 are fundamental in several ways. First, most of the principles are directly connected to ensuring and measuring performance improvement for the target population and alignment with organizational goals. Second, focusing on actual performance filters the clutter of supporting content and targets the context and circumstances in which the performance is measured. Focus is essential in Serious e-Learning.

James Hill Fidelity Investments	To often we reach for the stock solutions for learning, training and practice. The needs being driven by the business without much thought going into the needs of the learner. It doesn’t matter if you can create an hour of content in 2 days or 8 hours of content in 1 day, if the material is ineffective, you’re wasting your time and the learners time. I support these key principles in the Manifesto, in the hope that we can create an engaging and effective learning experience across all delivery mechanisms.
