| Professional Development and upskilling is becoming an essential component of day-to-day activities and our company provides eLearning and Docebo LMS related specialist support to our client base. Aligned Learning Solutions was formerly known as Learning Down Under(a subsidiary company of Mindlogik Ltd). With the recent name change our company also extended it’s consultancy portfolio to include eLearning Resource software training for our New Zealand and Australian clients. We presently provide services to around 2400 clients across our companies. What better framework to aspire to than the Serious eLearning Manifesto! The 22 supporting principles provide a well constructed set of guidelines to not only build upon but to use as a foundation document to build upon. |

| In our organization, we already support and target many, if not most, of the principles and guidelines outlined in this excellent manifesto. As instructional designers and developers, we need to ensure that we look for gold-standard-class opportunities to set the benchmark and aim higher than just “average” eLearning development outputs. That being said, all organizations, including ours, need to ensure that viable, realistic, and scalable versions of these principles are integrated into existing day-to-day development processes. Within this context, I whole-heartedly support the vision and goals of this manifesto. |
