I started this little company a bit over 4 years ago, I was disappointed in where workplace learning was heading and decided to do something about it! I started as one person and now we are 4 strong. When I came across this manifesto I was overjoyed (it feels a bit like being a part of the resistance!) to know that we are a small part of something much bigger in improving workplace learning.
