The Serious eLearning Manifesto shines an important light toward higher purpose and process across the learning design spectrum. Every serious (and hopefully also the not-so-serious) learning professional must look closely at the manifesto’s clear vision of elearning gold; a clear link between a person’s learning experience and their improved performance.
