In our organization, we already support and target many, if not most, of the principles and guidelines outlined in this excellent manifesto. As instructional designers and developers, we need to ensure that we look for gold-standard-class opportunities to set the benchmark and aim higher than just “average” eLearning development outputs. That being said, all organizations, including ours, need to ensure that viable, realistic, and scalable versions of these principles are integrated into existing day-to-day development processes. Within this context, I whole-heartedly support the vision and goals of this manifesto.
